We'll help you discover your career options and achieve your perfect role by learning about your motivations, aspirations and current job, if you have one. You may want to get certified via the your professional body and we can help direct you accordingly.

2

We are flexible by design. Once you have secured your role and signed up for your course a Geason Training mentor will visit you to help you enrol and create your Individual Learning Plan. You may be required to take a short assessment in Maths and English before you begin your qualification however your Geason Training mentor will guide you through to completion.

3

Throughout your course an industry expert will visit you regularly and provide you with training and advice at your workplace. Your programme may have a 20% off-the-job learning element which may be delivered via one of our centres or mobile class rooms. All your modules and progress will be supported by Smart Assessor, our industry leading online tracking software.

4

Support for End point assessment via interview coaching, providing guidance on vendor qualifications and making sure your summative portfolio shows off your best work.
